like the gym or arts activities. Regarding arts, I love music and for this
reason I Started play the violin 2 years ago; I like symphonic music, also
power metal, and some popular rhythms like Salsa, Electro and others.
On the hand, I have a simple
taste in respect of food, because I do not eat meat, neither sweets. The only
fast food I eat is pizza. Sometimes I eat a lot of pizza, specifically with
mushroom, jalapeño chili, onions and olives toppings. So leaving pizza aside, really, my diet
is very healthy.
Talking About clothes, I
frequently use Polo-Shirts with jeans and sport shoes specially Nike or Adidas;
I use these brands for comfort and style.
¿Why am I writing this blog?
My country is place of
wondrous variety. It has many climates, and we have some places that you would
not in your wildest fantasies dream existed. Everyone who knows little about
Colombia thinks that all there is to it is Cartagena and other well-known cities.
Well, those are not the only options, Cocha lagoon is an example, this is a
place of magnificent beauty and a really rare place to find. This lovely place
has many interesting aspects like natural variety, history, as well as myths
and legends.
Experience in Cocha Lagoon
Regarding traveling, I like to
go to fauna rich places like lakes, lagoons, natural reserves, and parks.
For example, when I go to my native town in Nariño, usually I visit the
Cocha Lagoon. The Cocha lagoon is a natural reserve located southwest of our
country, I chose to go there, because I think it is beautiful place. I have
gone many times to Cocha lagoon but the last time was 3 years ago in the new
year’s celebration, January 1st, I was waking up, when my uncle came to my
house, and he invited me and my family to travel to cocha lagoon. I had not traveled
to Cocha lagoon in a long time, so I liked the idea, initially I felt bad
because I had a really bad hangover , but during the travel, bit to bit, I was
feeling better. The journey from Pasto takes about 30 minutes to Cocha
Lagoon. There, The trout is very popular, for this reason when We came, the
first that we did was eat that. Then, We had a brief tour of the town, and We
learned a traditional myth that we did not know, It was about the cacique
Pucara, according to the myth, The cocha lagoon came into being by, a treason
of Pucara wife, the princess Tamia.
Later, we sailed the Cocha
lagoon on boat towards “Corota”, This is a little
island and it is located at the center of the Cocha lagoon, which
preserves a beautiful and unique rainforest of cold floor, this
experience was too enjoyable, because I was able to be in contact with nature,
see animals, plants and, I appreciated the beauty of flora and fauna from this
place.
